Algeleth Mika Pardo has carved a niche for herself as a dynamic social media influencer and Kumu live streamer since 2020. On July 28, 2024, she celebrated a significant milestone with the red carpet premiere of her first indie movie, "Angelita," at the Shangri-La Plaza Red Carpet Premiere Theater. Produced by Sining Tahanan Production and written by award-winning scriptwriter Tom Adrales, Mika plays one of the protagonists in this much-anticipated film. Alinsunod sa itinakdang Proklamasyon Blg. 1041, s. 1997, na nagpapahayag ng taunang Buwan ng Wikang Pambansa tuwing 1–31 Agosto, ang pagdiriwang ay pangungunahan ng Komisyon sa Wikang Filipino (KWF).

Ang unang serye ng webinar ay gaganapin sa 2 Agosto 2024, 10:00 nu–12:00 nt na may paksang “FSL, tungo sa Ingklusibo sa Pambansang Kaunlaran” na ang magiging tagapanayam ay si Dx. Raphael V. Domingo, Head, Deaf Heritage and FSL Studies Unit, Center for Education Advancement of the Deaf, De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde.

Ang ikalawang webinar ay nakaiskedyul sa 6 Agosto 2024, 10:00 nu–12:00 nt na may paksang “Sistematiko at maka-Agham na Pananaliksik tungo sa Pambansang Kaunlaran” na tatalakayin ni Dr. Enrico C. Paringit, Executive Director, Department of Science and Technology (DOST)-Philippine Council for Industry, Energy, and Emerging Technology Research and Development (PCIEERD).

Ang ikatlong webinar ay nakatakda sa 13 Agosto 2024, 10:00 nu–12:00 nt na may paksang “Paggamit ng Indigenous Knowledge and Practices (IKSP) sa Scientific Research” na ang tagapagsalita ay si Dr. Lakandupil Garcia, retiradong Full Professor ng Wika at Panitikan, De La Salle University-Dasmariñas.

Ang ikaapat na webinar ay gaganapin sa 20 Agosto 2024, 10:00 nu–12:00 nt  na may paksang “Katutubong Wika sa Pagpapaunlad ng Edukasyong Pambansa” na tatalakayin ni Dr. Alvin R. Mesa, Propesor II at dating Direktor ng Sentro ng Wika at Kultura (SWK), Leyte Normal University.

Samantala, ang ikalimang webinar ay gaganapin sa 27 Agosto 2024, 10:00 nu–12:00 nt na may paksang “Paglaban sa Misinformation (fact checking)” na tatalakayin ni Dr. Jose Reuben Q. Alagaran II, Propesor at Dekano, Kolehiyo ng Komunikasyon, Politeknikong Unibersidad ng Pilipinas.
