#DuterteManyak: Justifying "Kabastusan" as a Joke is pure evil

I am so tired of hearing Harry Roque defending and justifying the kabastusan acts of the president as a “joke” or “sense of humor.” Pare-parehas silang baboy. 

Habang tumatagal, mas lalong nagiging manyak ang pangulo.

Attempting to grab someone's private parts without their consent, regardless of your relationship with the person, regardless if it was a joke, regardless of your position, will never be funny. And the fact that this is not the first time we've seen how dirty Duterte is.

Trust me when I say that no matter how close you are to the person, the act would literally make you uncomfortable. And seeing the spokeperson justifying Dut's actions make me gag.

Anything said or done to rationalize #DuterteManyak is unconscionable.

Magkano ba binenta no Roque ang kaluluwa at dignidad niya??? When his time comes (as mine will some day), his actions will bring its own deliverance.

This is why sexual harassment is commonly done by people we are already familiar with: when harassers invade our personal spaces, apologists like Harry Roque will come and say “eh kilala ka naman nun eh”.

The fact that they took the video to show how "simple" our president's way of living is but instead exposed his misogynistic and lewd acts to women again. Smh.

The video was supposedly to capture his fake, “simple” 76th birthday celebration, but it only exposed how unrepentantly misogynistic Duterte is. 

I wanna see how j*m m*gno will try to reason up and cover up our president's actions again. Besides, maybe we're just "bobos" right? 

Yung ikaw na lang daw dapat mag aadjust kasi masyado silang bobo para maintindihan na hindi joke yun?

Seeing that even the person with the highest position in our country is capable of doing this, I guess we're so far in having morally sensible men. Duterte is normalizing "kabastusan"

May malisya man o wala, andun man yun partner o wala, was there a consent? Of all people, you shoud know what Digong did is harrassment. 

He kissed a married lady in front of a crowd. He joked that the mayor should be the first in line to rape an Australian lady. He also gave an order to shoot female guerilla’s in their vagin*

You can never justify these acts as appropriate to the office he holds. 

Did Harry Roque just justified sexual harassment as a fucking joke? This is why there's a lot of women who are too scared to speak up about their encounters with harassment because people like Roque could justify it as a joke and people would believe ugly men like him.

#DuterteManyak is an accurate description of a 70+old man, who has the raging hormones of sex-hungry 17 yr-old with a perverse penchant for rape jokes.

Duterte has shamelessly displayed a pervasive pattern of misogny in full public view repeatedly.

Duterte is a textbook predator. D.O.M. - Dirty Oldie of Malacañang.

Having a macho-fascist president has worsened the situation of Filipino women —especially marginalized women in the PH. Duterte once again proved to us that he is the commander-in-chief of misogyny and fascism in the country. As women, we have to fight back! 

 

That is one of the cultures that should be changed. It's really uncomfortable for anyone (especially to women) that someone is trying to touch anybody's private part. And to caught it on cam, that is more disrespectful.

I am very tired and disappointed of hearing Harry Roque and some DDS defending their beloved president doing the acts of "kabastusan & justifying it as “joke” ang ba-baboy niyo, mga gago!

and DDS still thinking that he is merely a simple man na kumakain sa karinderya, may kulambo, at nagcake ng kanin. "Biro lang naman niya yun eh" Seriously? Baboy kasi kayo.

It's really baffling how they shared that video thinking absolutely nothing was wrong about it. Like, just how normalized is that behaviour in their household?? Disgusting. 

The very fact that she pulled away from the “playful” attempt to touch her private part is an indication that she didnt want it there in the first place. No amount of justification makes that okay.

Abusado talga si Duterte sa kahit anong setting.

The president and his spokesperson proved "birds of a feather flock together" Please stop being so disgusting already.

If in the first place he knew who and what he really is, he would’ve known the value of his position by now. He is a leader of millions of people. How will he serve and be a good role model to his country, when the simple respect for women is not in his vocabulary?  

It's funny how the president and his supporters never go awry to prove how alarming and disgusting they are.

Taking such sexual assault as a joke is not acceptable and this act is coming from a president that should be the role model for his citizens which enables a lot of lasciviousness crimes in the future. This is alarming.

I remembered learning before that respect should be given to anyone. But seems like that's impossible. Duterte doesn't deserve to be respected if he can't respect and stop himself from harassing the person who's been living with you for a long time. Kating kati ba siya?

Now think DDS. You are enabling a rapist. Do not tolerate any misogynist and rapist act. 

My takeaway from the whole birthday-gate?

This government cares more for managing 'optics' than managing the crisis. The people behind these shenanigans, same school of thought. Not surprised why our Pandemic response has failed.

That is a chilling thought that will be forever in our heads.

Albie Casiño burns DDS bashers

After posting about the ECQ and 2022 Elections, actor Albie Casiño slammed his haters and DDS in his comments section. 

That impact on me when celebrity speaks up against the government. More Albie Casiño, please!!!!!

Sure. How Albie Casiño responded to those comments are not that okay but i need to admire him for at least knowing how awful our government is and for urging people to vote wisely next time.

Not here defending Albie Casino as I believe he could have framed his thoughts better. 

But can we not cancel him outright? It was done in a feat of rage. Parang ikaw kapag galit na galit, dami mong pinagsasabing masasamang words. 

Educate, not cancel. 

Dami hypocrites no. We at times curse when we are very disappointed. Di ba si tatay Diving sobrang ganyan din. Bakit di rin sya sitahin? There are more people who are worth cancelling like Duterte...numero unong pang gulo.

Also those who are offended by Albie Casiño's choice of words but not offended by the president's choice of words.

At a point of heightened disappointment, we at times curse but it is our truest emotion and thought.

Of course because Albie Casiño expressed his disappointment to the government he is automatically tagged as Dilawan. Y'all DDShit, jsyk people can be other than Dilawans but still be disappointed to the PH government because just fuckin look at this, look at where we are right now.

We are promised with a Drug-free country 3-6 months on his term but here we are right now with a president that seemed like he himself is ALWAYS high AF.

Albie and some others just said it out loud for the rest of us who are very disappointed too.

Sa tagal na nating nasa ganitong sitwasyon it's normal to feel frustrated and helpless.

They are celebrities so they have a voice heard and documented while us ordinary citizens though less noticed should echo their voices to make it louder. Unfortunately, this administration has their ears shut.

I am with Albie Casiño on this.. Those telling he stoop down to their level because he made “patol” should know that sometimes it is needed kasi sobra na..What do we expect this artists be like? Still smile and take pictures just to please the fans? As taxpayers, they all have the right to complain.

Can we please not revere him for this and instead let him know just how awful many of these arguments are? I beg to disagree. This government is so normalizing craziness that being the good guy doesn't work anymore. We need to fight slur with slur, and show the world we mean business because enough is enough.

Sometimes you just have to give these people a dose of their own medicine. Its useless to respond very intelligently when they DONT understand what you're saying.

This government treats any disapproval as an opposition meant to bring them down. So they don't cooperate, they don't listen. 

We are the ones they should follow and not the other way around.

If he will not answer in that manner, he will be trashed out. Kailangan matapang din ang arrive para di basta bastahin lang.

Respect begets respect! When people kick and punch you, you dont sit down and stay quiet. Yo hit back harder! Diplomacy doesn't work all the time, you need to know how to defend and fight back, thats one way to handle bullies.

Sometimes we have to stoop down to their level. Remember, this topic is political...We’ll never win over DDS if we do not know how to play their ‘dirty’ game. We need to win first to be able to change the future! Whatever it takes!

DDS are a mix of paid people, software generated responses, cultists and regionalists. They will swarm you like zombies. Hindi sila bobo, automated lang. The key here is to fight them in numbers on socmed. A luxury we don't have. They are funded, we aren't.

To DDS: Please “don’t breed” if there’s no hope for your ignorance and absurdity.

As expected, an alibi was quickly published, "as that lechon was just a gift from someone" Hahaha. 

Enough with this tactics, ain't working anymore! You just have been exposed! 

Feel sorry to those who are still blinded 

The lechon is not the problem. Bong Go trying to make it appear that the celebration is simple, is what we are furious about. 

We would very much want the president to eat all the lechon or whatever cooked animal, on his birthday.

Dilawans are triggered and woketards are offended because a photo turned up showing lechon was served at Tatay Digong's birthday dinner, claiming it's deceitful, inappropriate and anti-poor. 

Here's a backgrounder to the lechon:

The lechon served at Duterte's bday dinner was, according to an FB post, a gift from Jocelyn Tapic, a Davaoeña and former village councilor who runs Kaya's Kitchen  that is actively involved in a feeding program she calls "food ministry" for frontliners and homeless.

A foodie, Jocelyn not only sent the lechon gift for Duterte, she herself also cooked pancit for him, and lovingly wished the President with a hashtag, #LongLifeForDigong, as the noodles traditionally symbolize. It's a wish shared by the 90%+ majority of Filipinos. 

Lulusot pa kayo. It's not the lechon, but how they want to make it appear they never had anything grand in the celebration. Bakit hindi sinama sa photo no Bong Go. Kami nga always pinipicturan Ang handa , small or big. Nanloloko kasi kapwa taga Davao.

It’s not the lechon, it’s the intention to hide it. 

Lokohan talaga eh, yung focus ng picture na pinamigay sa media ay yung kanin na may kandila.

Sadyang di isinama yung lechon.

Duterte was also caught in a viral video attempting to inappropriately touch a woman handing out a cake during his birthday celebration. 

Malacañang, however, insists the President was just being playful.

On viral video where President Duterte seemed to inappropriately touch a woman during his birthday celebration, Roque says: Matagal na niyang kasambahay iyon. Talagang palabiro ang ating Presidente pero wala pong malisya iyon dahil nakaharap si Ma’am Honeylet.

So kung wala si Honeylet, sino naman ang gagamiting panigurado na walang malisya?

Tanong mo nga kung may anak na babae o kapatid si Harry Roque tapos gawin yun sa kanila...kahit pa Tito na matagal ng kakilala....gago rin talaga si Roque.

I can guess, tatanungin niya si Duterte kung magkano ang kapalit.

Harry Roque conned us. The human rights lawyer was his mask. Itong version na ito ang tunay na siya.

These DDS are hopeless!

Malacañang, via baklang Harry Roque, defended President Rodrigo Duterte amid criticism resulting from a lechon that was not present in the photos of him during his 76th birthday celebration on Sunday.

Utak-talangka I crab mentality lang daw. Lol!

Bong Go also came to the rescue. Insisting it was a simple meal. So simple but he did not showed the lechon. Lol.

All these DDS have very poor reading comprehension or is it probably intentional for them to deny the truth. PRRD deserves to celebrate his bday just like everyone else & whatever food they choose to, it is celebration of life. 

Again, let us reiterate, what we are questioning is, how Bong Go is trying to deceit us with his many LIES. They have been exposed so now Malacañang is doing damage control!

Uulitin namin,  the issue is not the lechon. it’s the “paawa effect.” kailan nyo to ma ge gets? hahaha! Basta DDS ay Bobo talaga ba?
