#JusticeForBaras5: Tuloy ang redtagging! Tuloy ang abuso!

Wazzup Pilipinas!

The war on the poor of the AFP and PNP continues!

Ito pang isang sablay ng PNP - 5 farm workers sa isang mango farm tinorture at pinatay sa pag aakalang NPA sila. Nang lumabas na hindi pala, ang claim ngayon ay secret hit squad sila.

Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Secretary Eduardo Año is allegedly red-tagging the five farmworkers massacred by the military in Baras, Rizal in an evidently desperate effort to the cover up the military’s cold-blooded war crimes.

It was at 2 AM, December 17, when mango farm workers including a minor were all massacred in a shootout in Brgy. San Juan, Baras, Rizal by elements of the 2nd Infantry Division and Philippine National Police (PNP) of Region IV-A.

“That night, around 9 p.m., someone went around the village telling people not to leave their homes because it was already [the start of the] curfew. That was unusual because there’s no curfew even during the [pandemic] lockdown,” she said.

The AFP's goal of decimating the NPA is actually murdering innocent civilians. This has been proven counterproductive. Several will choose to take up arms and join the NPA as you kill their mothers, fathers, siblings, children, neighbors, workmates and comrades.

AFP STYLE NIYO BULOK!

Remember their names!

We are one in the call for justice for the brutal Baras Massacre last December 17 im Brgy. San Juan, Baras, Rizal.

Top 5 Dos And Don’ts About Erectile Dysfunction

Wazzup Pilipinas!

Although erectile dysfunction is a common disorder whose effects can be hampered via the right kind of medication, it can get a little nerve-wracking, facing it head-on with little to no knowledge about what affected patients should and shouldn’t do.

As you read on and click for more details, here is a do’s and don’ts guideline you can follow, if you suffer from erectile dysfunction.

Top 5 Dos And Don’ts If You Have ED

1. The Right Diet

Being on a prescribed ED medication (or any other type of medication, for that matter) doesn’t mean you can forgo overall health maintenance and practices . This is very true when it comest toyour meal plans and dietary habits.

Stick to the basics--- a balanced diet. If your bodily systems are being slowed down by unhealthy, might we add artificial, sugars and industrial-produced bad fats, then the possibility of these negatively impacting neuron transmission from your nervous system to your reproductive system may be at the offing. Hence, the presence of abnormally repetitive ED.

2. The Right Exercise

It’s not that consistently exercising and/or eating the right kind of food will prevent erectile dysfunction altogether, nor are they to be relied on as ED treatments. They do neither. Having said that, they are a means of lowering the likelihood for erectile dysfunction to take prominence in your day-to-day.

Exercising at least 15 to 20 minutes a day (an hour, if you are overweight are are trying to get to a healthy body size and weight) is enough to push you towards the right health-track. Doing so will ease your cardiovascular system of the build-up of cholesterol and/or plaque around your arteries. Less plaque build-ups means better blood transmission towards your pelvic region.

3. The Right Amount Of Rest

Many forget that “rest” is just as important as diet and exercise, not only in the context of health against erectile dysfunction but also for general body and mental well-being. The regularity and the irregularity of the way your bodily systems perform are impacted by how much rest you afford them.

Insomnia, along with lack of sleep on a close-to-daily basis (7 to 9 hours is needed by the average adult) may obstruct your body’s systemic momentum. Such obstructions tend to directly affect you, even during coitus. So, rest up! You need it, and deserve it.

4. No To Alcohol

Alcohol is a depressant in itself. Depressants, whether in the form of medication and/or leisurely drinks like your favorite tonic (among others), slow brain activity. They permit the overproduction of GABA (gamma aminobutyric acid) which, ironically, causes brain activity deceleration.

And when the brain isn’t as quick to send neurotransmitters from your central nervous system to your reproductive system as it should be, erectile dysfunction will most likely occur.

5. No To Smoking

Whether you are a habitual smoker or smoke only on occasion, if you go through erectile dysfunction every now and then, it will be to your benefit to quit tobacco and tobacco products altogether.

Nicotine may cause blood to coagulate and be more viscous (thick consistency). When this transpires, it will be more difficult for blood to travel to your penis, or reach it in time, to instigate an erection a.k.a. stiffness.

Manny Pacquiao: Death Penalty should be revived in the Philippines

Wazzup Pilipinas!

Be wary of politicians who take advantage of the situation for their own interests especially Manny Pacquiao.

Pacquiao said Christine Dacera's case was another example of why the death penalty should be revived in the Philippines.

Ewan ko sa iyo, Pacquiao. Dacera's case should be one of the reasons why Death Penalty shouldn't be revived because of PNP's false accusations.

The implication couldn't be clearer, but he still managed to reach the exact opposite conclusion.

Beware of a Pacquiao administration.

Police's investigation lacked credibility and proper investigation. They announced 'case solved' but the wanted suspects are still at large. One mistake or disinformation can ruin a person's life.

Conservative Christians are so pro-life, they will leap at any chance to call for the reinstatement of the death penalty.

Pacquiao is a fucking ghoul.

Death Penalty would only satisfy people in power.

How disappointing humanity is.

You want to kill people to tell them it's bad to kill? Ano pinag kaiba nila sa criminal? Nasaan ang humanity?

Remember when Pacquiao said ill words against gay people because it is against the BIBLE? Can he at least practice what he preaches? This is exactly the reason why Death Penalty shouldn't be revived because of the PNP's false accusations. Our justice system is also corrupt to the bones. Only the affluent get justice and the influential gets interviewed on television. Meanwhile, the common and ordinary citizens are mere statistics.

Can Pacquiao please just go back to boxing. We miss seeing people repeatedly punching him in the face.

I admire him as a successful boxer...but as a politician... Marquez should knock Pacman out... AGAIN!

Pacquiao may have good intentions  (though highly doubtful because of his alliances) pero this decision making of him really speaks how he isn't fit to be the next president. Remember, we need a competent president not just a philanthropist.

The biggest injustice in this case is using her death for the following:

Eric Yap, allegedly involved in corruption, offering P100K

Manny Pacquiao, a tax evader, offering P500K

Debold Sinas, a human rights violator, "solving" the case
