Nas Daily is getting cancelled for Manny Pacquiao propaganda

Wazzup Pilipinas!

Boxing legend Senator Manny Pacquiao revealed that he regrets entering politics in an episode of "Nas Talks" podcast with vlogger Nuseir Yassin, popularly known as Nas Daily.

Nas Daily: OMG! I just had the “most amazing and honest conversation” with Manny Pacquiao

Me: You ain't fooling nobody.

Is Nas Daily lowkey promoting Manny Pacquiao lalo na when they are talks that he’ll be running on the 2022 presidential elections?

“Because of the system of politics, there's a lot of corrupt (politicians). I'm not saying all of them, but most of them,” Pacquiao said in an interview with internet celebrity Nas Daily’s podcast Nas Talk, posted on Nov 25.

As the PDP Laban announced that Pacquiao is their new leader, and days ago I was amazed that Nas Talks (Nas Daily podcast) interviewed Sen. Manny and he said there that he regrets entering politics. But now ambot sa imo Manny, now I know bakit may mga exposure na si sir!

Not Nas Daily getting paid to promote Manny Pac-whatever-the-spelling-is.

I use to like Nas Daily, but now he is annoying and polarizing.

First it was Fil-Am vlogger Will Dasovich, now it's Manny Pacquiao, both of not so credible characters tainted by political agendas.

Yuck, bye Nas Daily. Thanks for promoting a homophobic, misogynist, supporter of an incompetent president. Thank you for using your reach to perpetuate personality politics.

So Nas Daily supports an enabler of a fascist and incompetent regime. Plus, zionist din pala siya, enabler ng imperyalismo himself.

Anyway, supporting a homophobe like Manny, is not helping our country. Please don't help at all. You're only giving people like him a platform and it is so unhelpful.

I like Nas/Nas Daily before it became a “business” lol. its Nas Daily being used as propaganda for me. Paid promotion. Nice one, Money, I mean Manny.

Love your content but not this one Nas Daily.

I mean now I feel he's got that weird fake persona vibe every time.

Whatever the fuck happened to positive change?

I remember saying Pacquiao will be running for president. Apparently, he's campaigning na yata. Hahaha.

And Nas endorsed Trump although sinabi niya he's not 'endorsing' Trump . Like, ewww?

Now this looks a lot like endorsement for the boxer- senator- businessman- and a whole lot of others

When Nas Daily posted that video I had no choice but to unlike his page. He shared some great content but this one is something I can't tolerate.

Thank you, Nas Daily, for finally being explicit with your agenda.

I was a previous viewer of his vids but as I see it more, I found it unsettling how he’d zero in on particular subjects but ignore the rest of the story or the context.

His content became focused on clout more than anything so this really isn’t surprising.

Eeew the grammatical errors!,, My point is he’s been like this since before but it’s clearer now because nakikisawsaw siya sa politika natin ng walang alam sa konteksto natin ngayon.

Now this;

"A friend just recently received this message from an unknown number. Hey, Pacquiao! From Mobile Legend, Batangas event (which was a violation of the health protocol), Nas Daily, and now this?

Too early for this. Please address the pandemic and the recession first."

We take pride in the fact that the Philippines has the longest Christmas season... But did you know that we have the longest campaign season as well?

Very disappointing, Nas Daily. Now I'm believing that Nas Daily is and always has been a shill.

"I am a victim of Fake News...and I can't be quiet anymore.

I really really hate drama. I just want to travel the world and show you the positive side of it. But some people don't like that.

This video says it all. It's time to hold people accountable."

Eyeing for Presidency: Pacquiao was just named President of PDP-LABAN

Wazzup Pilipinas!

Pacquiao was just named President of PDP-LABAN, PRRD's party. He's rumored to be eyeing the Top Post in 2022.

Senator Manny Pacquiao has promised that the administration party PDP-Laban would take a strong stance against corruption and take the cudgels for the marginalized as he sits as its president.

Kita niyo? Same old drama from 2016. Di raw tatakbo. I swear, Pacquiao is just a pawn. He may mean well but he's being used and it's not good for us all.

Waking up and seeing twitter news and I was like, WTF?

Manny Pacquiao? He's well enough the Philippine's pride of Boxing; getting the news before that he's a senator and I was like, really? And now, eyeing for presidency? Dude, I won't look down on you but please, stop there.

Manny Pacquiao having a big chance at being president is scary.

He's loved by Filipinos, so if he chooses to run for the presidency, he might just win (popular vote).

Manny Pacquiao is another product of Populism like Dogterte.

He knows he's popular, he's influential and he can deceive anyone to vote for him.

WE DONT NEED ANOTHER "POPULAR with a good heart" PRESIDENT WE NEED A COMPETENT AND EDUCATED ONE.

Kunwari para sa mahirap para sa masa pero pangsariling interes lang pala iniisip.

Pacquiao is eyeing for presidency in 2022 but he never made any significant and known contribution to our society except for the recognition as a great Filipino boxer.

But he’s extremely religious (not that its a bad thing, but you know, separation of state and religion) and then he misinterprets what is written in the Bible, and he is definitely a homophobe. If he wins the presidency, all laws under him might be influenced by his personal preferences.

Now that Pacquiao is hinting to run for 2022 presidency, let’s not forget what he thinks about gay people.

“Mas masahol pa sa hayop.”

Never forget that Manny Pacquiao has done a TERRIBLE job as a lawmaker. Kahit attendance, bagsak. And now it feels like he's gonna run for President? Mag-boxing nalang sya, please.

Daming paandar ni Pacquiao. There's the new Paquito hero on Mobile Legends, the podcast with Nas Daily, the Batangas event sans physical distancing, then the PDP-Laban leadership. Ang aga aga, Manny.

He’s also the new endorser for @enjoyGLOBE sabi ng kakilala ko from their agency. Ads will be up soon.

And his film bio shown this week in Cinema One.

Pacquiao will turn out to be just another politician like Duterte. He will govern with cynicism. We don’t need that. We need a leader that will lift our country up. A leader who respects life— all Filipino lives. We need leadership to stir a country to the future.

I am not comfortable with the idea alone that someone with an IQ at room temperature could lead a country of 100 million. But we know since the boxing commission hearing that he has prompts... and still can not speak straight sentences when not memorized.

No disrespect to Pacquiao, but in terms of leading a country, i think it would be better both for him / his reputation, to leave it to someone more capable.

YES. May puso si Manny.

But Malacañang needs more than just a good heart—it also needs a brilliant, open mind.

Pacquiao makes confusing & conflicting statements.

He's Christian, but he supports death penalty, enables a dictator, condones EJKs, & passes judgment vs LGBTQ people.

SORRY, MANNY.

WE NEED SOMEONE WHO PRACTICES THE CHRISTIAN VALUES HE PREACHES—NOT YOU.

PHILANTHROPY FOR PACQUIAO? YES.

PRESIDENCY? 'DI PUWEDE!

I can support Pacquiao inside the boxing ring but inside Malacañang.......... Never.

Manny Pacquiao is enough being a National Pride and mabuting tao.

To become the Philippine President?

It is NEVER appealing. It's APPALLING!!!

If Pacquiao governed like he fought, the Philippines would be world class under him. Unfortunately he governs like he's dealing poker in the back room where the lights are dim, the smoke is thick, the liquor is flowing, and the goons stand by with bad breath.

I wouldn't be surprised if he becomes the next Estrada and show his true colors to the country.

Just like Duterte, he isn't fit to be president.  Being a great boxer does not equate to being a good president.  Pinoys never learn.  We see Politics as a movie that's why we continuously elect great actors (actresses) and pretenders.

Presidency is much more than boxing. He should think like the late Dolphy who did not run because he said: "What will I do if I win?"

Respect for what Pacquiao achieved in the field of boxing & his help to many Filipinos. The political arena, however, is an entirely different thing. Hope he seriously re-considers his political ambitions for the sake of country and people.

But there's a great probability that he won't. He lives for the roar of the crowd, the clatter of the voting machines.

Sigh. It’s sad that there seem to be no voice of reason from within his circle. Each with his own agenda, thinking for his/her benefit. To hell with country. And PDP-Laban/CPC knows how to play with people’s “sweet spots”. Manny, Duterte, Pimentel, Velasco - the doomsday quartet.

I remember another Manny who also started his campaign early, he fizzled out due to corruption issues. I hope this one fizzles out too, due to incompetence as an elected official, local and national level.

Last month pa sya nangangampanya, nagstart sya sa Antipolo kasama nya mga Ynares.

Cavite pa at may Quezon pa yata after Batangas.

Namigay din siya ng motor banca sa taga Lapu Lapu City.

Utang na loob let's encourage our relatives, friends and everybody NOT to vote for Pacquiao! D30 brought a disastrous presidency. Him on the post is another blow to our country!! Shuta staph!!!!!!!

Fitness Tips: How NBA Players are Staying in Shape

Wazzup Pilipinas!

Basketball is a game that is dominated by the hardest working players. All the talent in the world can only go so far if a player doesn’t put the work in.

Hard work entails not only improving on the fundamental skills such as dribbling, shooting, and passing. The best players in the world are not just skilled, they are also physically fit. It’s tough to conceive how you can outplay the competition with your superior skills if you can get easily pushed around and winded up.

To truly excel at the game, it is paramount to stay in shape. A disciplined fitness regime is a great way to not just lead an overall healthy lifestyle, but also to stay ahead of the competition and to dominate on the hardwood.

Exercises to Improve Your Game on the Court

Getting better at basketball requires a fitness regimen that’s anchored to the game. Sure, bodybuilding can help you become physically fit and to some extent can help you up your game, but it’s not the best way to improve in basketball. In order to improve and take your game to the next level, it’s crucial to design workouts that are focused on improving physical attributes and movements that are essential to the game of basketball.

Front Squat

Strength and explosiveness are indispensable in the basketball court. You’d want to be able to launch yourself off the ground powerfully while at the same time making sure that you don’t get treated like a ragdoll in the paint.

Front squats are a great way to develop your lower body and your core, which would make you stronger and more explosive. To do a front squat, take the barbell from the squat rack and hold it with your hands in front of your shoulders with your palms facing up. With your feet shoulder-width apart, slowly bend your knees and drop your rear to the ground without touching it, then launch yourself back up. This is one repetition.

Lateral Skater

Lateral movement is key in defense. Getting bucket after bucket is not the only way to dominate the opposition. You can break the opposition down through lockdown defense as well, and you can’t lock another player down unless you have good lateral movement.

Lateral skater jumps can help you improve on your lateral mobility and explosiveness. Another good thing about it is that you can practically do it anywhere with enough space. You don’t need any equipment.

To do a lateral skater jump, stand with your legs hip-width apart and with your knees slightly bent and shift your weight onto one foot while picking the other foot up from the ground. Then, explosively push off your standing foot and land on your other foot, then bring the leg you pushed off on to the ankle you landed on without your leg touching the floor. Repeat as needed and try to cover as much ground as possible.

Heel Slide

For you to achieve a high level of play, it’s important to maintain consistency, not just with your shots and effort, but also with your body, particularly in terms of durability. Basketball has its risks, and it’s not uncommon for players to get injured.

Heel slides can help you strengthen the muscles and ligaments on your leg so that you can avoid debilitating injuries to your knees and other parts of your lower body. To do heel slides, you simply have to lay down on a flat surface and alternately slide your feet to your butt. Try to get at least 20 repetitions for full mobility and benefits.

Side Plank Leg Raise

Another great way to strengthen your core while also targeting muscles such as the glutes, quads, hamstrings, and shoulders is through side plank leg raises. To do side plank leg raises, place one of your elbows on the floor and lift your hips while extending your legs. While maintaining your balance, lift the top leg up and slowly lower it back down to complete a repetition. Try to get at least 15 repetitions on each leg.

With superior core strength, you’d be able to handle the inevitable bumps you’d get throughout the game, whether it’s you jostling for a rebound, trying to finish through contact, or playing lockdown defense.

How to Boost Stamina & Endurance

Having a developed skillset and building an athletic and strong physique is not enough to play at the highest levels. To excel at the game of basketball, your body should be conditioned to run up and down the court countless times, and to maintain the same level of energy throughout the game.

You wouldn’t want to start out hot in the first quarter and be begging for the coach to take you out of the game by the third. As a basketball player, you should be able to endure the toll that playing takes on your body. What good is a deadly jumpshot if you can barely jump off the ground during crunch time?

Building stamina and endurance must be a priority if you really want to get ahead in the game.

Here are some tips you should remember in order to boost these attributes:

Take it slow at the beginning of your workouts

It’s easy to get excited to put the work in on your road to improvement. However, diving headfirst into a workout is a bad idea. Before each workout, try to introduce some low to moderate intensity cardio workouts not just to warm yourself up and get your body ready, but also to increase your capacity to work out and to set you up to break through past records.

Circuit training

Circuit training is a phrase that is abhorred by some, and rightfully so. Such a workout can easily drain all the energy out of an average person which is why it is important that you introduce this into your workout routine.

Simply put, circuit training is composed of multiple stations, composed of various individual exercises, which should be completed without rest. This prepares you for high intensity movements on the court and allows you to keep up, or even be ahead of, the other players running up and down the hardwood.

Increase intensity during practice

Of course, practice prepares you for the actual things that you have to do in game, but just because it’s practice doesn’t mean that you don’t have to take it seriously. In fact, it’s advised that you try to make practice as intense as possible, even much more intense than the actual game.

For example, instead of playing a scrimmage with the standard 10-12 minutes per quarter, try to increase it to 15 minutes. That way, when you get to the actual game, it should be a relative breeze by then.
