Tugade Attends PNP-HPG's 62nd Founding Anniversary

Wazzup Pilipinas!

DOTr Secretary Arthur P. Tugade attended earlier today the 62nd Founding Anniversary of the PNP-Highway Patrol Group (HPG) as Guest of Honor and Speaker.

In his speech, Secretary Tugade recognized the hard work of the men and women of HPG, and urged them to continue serving the Filipino people by keeping the roads safe for citizens.

"I personally witnessed many instances where HPG officers stand on the roads. Pawisan man dahil sa init o basa man ng ulan, pero sige sige lang," Sec. Tugade said.

While acknowledging the efforts of the HPG, the Secretary likewise reminded the members of the police force to abide by the President's call to abhor corruption.

"Bilin ng Pangulong Duterte, dapat walang anumang bahid ng korapsyon. Aksyon o persepsyon, dapat walang korapsyon," he said.
