After successfully staging the Philippine SME Business Expo 2013, the country’s biggest expo for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) last July 12-14, 2013 at the SMX Convention Center Taguig, with 140 participating businesses and over 10,000 visitors, MediaCom Solutions, Inc., Philippines’ preferred stakeholders’ communications and events enterprise is presenting the country’s biggest exhibition and convention for innovative entrepreneurs and growing franchise businesses, the Entrepreneur and Franchise Expo 2014.

The Entrepreneur and Franchise Expo 2014 with the tagline, “Your Step to Success!” is set to be held on June 27-29, 2014 at the Megatrade Hall, Hall1, 5th Level, Mega B, SM Megamall, Mandaluyong City. The Phi Lambda Delta Sorority, the premier sorority of the UP College of Medicine, in celebration of its 45th year, proudly brings you Chef, M.D.: The doctor is in… the Kitchen.

Chef M.D. is a health and lifestyle food fair that advocates proper nutrition, health, and wellness. It endeavors to expose food enthusiasts and food lovers to a holistic and realistic approach towards health maintenance. Highlights of the event program include: (1) actual cooking demonstrations by doctors and/or chefs; (2) and lectures on good nutrition and weight management by doctors.

Why does road rage happen? Because of the traffic, a lot of drivers are hot-headed already. All it takes is a spark, like some guy suddenly cutting in front of you.

To avoid these unfortunate incidents, here are some safety tips to follow:

Tips For The Victim Of Road Rage:

Sometimes, you unknowingly make a driving mistake that causes inconvenience to another vehicle. When such an incident occurs, you could become the victim of road rage. Be very careful. You can never tell what the other driver might do to you. Some drivers actually carry guns in their car.

1. Stay cool even in the midst of reckless drivers. Be a defensive driver and show courtesy.

2. Don't meet anger with anger. Control your emotions and don’t retaliate. The angry driver might be having a bad day already. And irritating him further can cause him to become furious.
