Kazakhstan will encourage cryptocurrency mining!

So why has Kazakhstan become a strategic place?

Kazakhstan has all the suitable conditions for managing mining equipment. This region has low import taxes, a suitable air climate, and the cheapest energy prices in the world. This country provides the government with cryptocurrency legislation support. It has developed a government plan to stimulate the country's adoption of cryptocurrency and blockchain through local mining.

In addition, Kazakhstan allows local banks to process cryptocurrency purchases and provide legal cryptocurrency investment services. They will conduct a one-year pilot project to assess success and further understanding of potential risks. It shows that the country has accepted digital currency, and it also shows that the security environment of encrypted currency will not disappear anytime soon.

Starting in 2022, the government will also impose a value-added tax on electricity consumption by local cryptocurrency miners. Kailangang bigyan ng oportunidad na magnegosyo at magkaroon ng pangkabuhayan ang mga transport workers lalo ngayong pandemya, ayon kay Transportation Secretary Art Tugade.Ito ang binigyang diin ni Secretary Tugade sa nilagdaaang kasunduan sa pagitan ng Department of Transportation (DOTr), Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB), at ng Office of Transportation Cooperatives (OTC) ngayong araw, 12 October 2021 kung saan ang dagdag na kaalaman sa negosyo ay magiging susi sa pagbabago ng kabuhayan ng mga PUV drivers, operators at iba pang transport workers.

“Nakapakalaking bagay para sa mga naghahanap-buhay sa pampublikong sasakyan na magkaroon ng karagdagang kaalaman upang mapabuti ang kanilang serbisyo, o ‘di kaya ay magkaroon sila ng kakayahan sa pagnenegosyo at para sa iba pang pagkakakitaan para makabangon sa gitna ng pandemya,” ani Tugade sa “enTSUPERneur” Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing ceremony.

Dagdag pa ni Secretary Tugade, ang enTSUPERneur program ay isang magandang oportunidad kung saan ang mga transport workers na apektado ng PUV Modernization Program at COVID-19 pandemic ay magkakaroon ng pagkakakitaan habang sila ay nagsasanay ng ibang skillset gaya ng pagbubukas ng sari-sari store, food business, at pagmemekaniko.

Pinuri at pinasalamatan naman ni Labor Secretary Silvestre Bello III si Secretary Tugade sa suporta nito upang bigyang-daan ang programang pangkabuhayan na anya’y pangmatagalang solusyon ng pamahalaan sa kundisyon ng sektor ng transportasyon.

Ayon kay Bello, sa pamamagitan “enTSUPERneur” ay maaaring magkaroon ng alternatibong pangkabuhayan para madagdagan ang kita lalo na ngayong pandemya.

“Pwede sila magnegosyo. Halimbawa pwede silang magpatayo ng sari-sari store para maliban sa pagda-drive ay kikita rin sila. Marami rin ang gusto ng bigasan, pwede rin sila magpatayo ng ganoong negosyo. Pwede ring wellness, halimabawa ang beauty parlor, lahat ng klaseng negosyo na alam nila at gusto nila ay doon natin ibigay ang financial assistance,” pahayag ni Bello

Sinabi naman ni LTFRB Chairman Martin Delgra III na kahit wala pa ang pandemya, ang Social Support Mechanism ay mahalagang bahagi na ng PUVMP.

“Doon sa gustong tumuloy sa programang ito at doon sa naapektuhan at boluntaryong lumabas, kailangan nating saluhin ‘yung mga naapektuhan na stakeholders na tsuper at operator,” ani Delgra.

Ang MOA ay alinsunod sa implementasyon ng DOLE Integrated Livelihood Program (DILP) para sa mga driver at operator ng pampublikong transportasyon na apektado ng PUVMP bilang resulta ng Local Public Transport Route Planning at ng Route Rationalization.

Ayon sa kasunduan, ang LTFRB at OTC ang tutukoy sa mga benepisyaryong tsuper, drayber, konduktor, dispatcher, mekaniko, at iba pang transport employees—miyembro man o hindi ng kwalipikadong kooperatiba.

Nakasaad din sa kasunduan na tatanggap ang bawat benepisyaryo ng P30,000 na halaga ng tulong, habang bibigyan naman ng P1 million ang mga group projects.
