Sheraton Manila Bay is set to transport guests to the vibrant landscapes of Spain with its upcoming Spanish Wine Dinner on March 27, 2025. This exclusive event, hosted at the Manila Bay Kitchen, promises an immersive culinary journey featuring 12 regional Spanish specialties, over 30 varieties of tapas, and 12 carefully curated Spanish wines by La Peregrina Filipina. 

A Culinary Voyage Across Spain

The evening will commence with a tapas bar showcasing classics like Croquettas, Tortilla Española, Boquerones on Toast, and Grilled Octopus Skewer Shots. Seafood enthusiasts can indulge in a Spanish Oyster Bar offering Ostras Frescas, Ostras Tomaca, and Ostras con Ajo, complemented by a selection of Mariscos Crudos en el Hielo. The Paella Station will feature Spain’s iconic rice dishes, including Paella Negra, Paella Valenciana, and Paella de Marisco. At the Carving Station, guests can savor Cochinillo and Pavo al Horno, accompanied by house-made Salsa Verde and Vino Roja Sauce. Traditional mains such as Callos con Cetas and Pisto (Spanish-style ratatouille) will also be available. The culinary journey concludes with desserts like Churros con Chocolate, Flan Español, and the renowned “Tarta de Queso” Basque Cheesecake, alongside an ice cream station featuring Mantecado, Chocolate, and Sorbete de Naranja. 

A Toast to Spanish Viticulture

To elevate the dining experience, La Peregrina Filipina, esteemed for importing authentic Spanish wines to the Philippines, will present 12 regional selections that reflect the diversity of Spain's wine regions. From the robust reds of Ribera del Duero to the crisp whites of Rías Baixas, each wine is meticulously chosen to complement the evening's menu, offering guests a genuine taste of Spain's rich viticultural heritage.
