➡ Submit all required materials at least seven (7) working days before the event for proper scheduling.

➡ All materials should be sent within this email thread for tracking. We cannot guarantee postings for materials sent outside this thread.

➡ We do not sign Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs) for ex-deal partnerships, as no monetary exchange is involved. This email serves as our official agreement. Rest assured, we will fulfill our commitments as outlined.
