Led by Congresswoman Dr. Mildred Vitangcol, a renowned gastroenterologist and advocate for public health, HELP Pilipinas is pushing for legislative measures that will uplift communities and create long-term solutions for the country’s development. From enhancing barangay health centers to modernizing public schools and supporting small entrepreneurs, the partylist is working to build a more inclusive and progressive Philippines.
