From mishandling millions of confidential funds to engaging in actions that disgrace key institutions like the Office of the Vice President (OVP), Senate, and Congress, it’s clear that her leadership has fallen short of the people’s expectations.
What Has Sara Duterte Done?
Under her leadership, the OVP and the Department of Education (DepEd) have seen a series of troubling decisions and actions that cannot be ignored:
Mismanagement of Funds: Millions of pesos allocated for confidential expenses have been mishandled. There are allegations that her security personnel were allowed to manage funds that should have been under the control of designated disbursing officers. This raises serious concerns about transparency and adherence to legal guidelines.
