For only Php 950++ net per person, this extraordinary gathering promises an unforgettable fusion of culinary mastery, mixology expertise, and horological fascination as our expert bartenders create six signature Absolut ® cocktails on the rocks that will perfectly harmonize with the flavors and textures of premium sushi rolls from Manila Bay Kitchen. The sushi roll platter includes Beef Tataki Roll (Seared Angus Beef Tenderloin, Goat Cheese, French Beans, Beetroot, Miso-Balsamic Sauce), Philly Salmon Roll (Salmon, Philadelphia Cheese, Cucumber, Black Tobiki, Spring Onion), Tuna Aburi Roll (Gochujang, Crab Stick, Cucumber, Mango, Sesame Sauce), Shrimp Tempura Roll (Shrimp Tempura, Cream Cheese, Avocado, Eel Sauce), and Avocado Roll (Sweet Potato, Tofu, Carrots, Spring Onion, Tempura Flakes, Sweet Wasabi Sauce).
