How to keep hydrated especially during summertime

4. Drink electrolyte-rich fluids: Electrolyte-rich fluids like coconut water, sports drinks, and bone broth can help replace lost electrolytes and keep you hydrated.


5. Monitor your urine color: The color of your urine can indicate whether you're properly hydrated. If your urine is light yellow or clear, you're likely drinking enough water.


6. Carry a water bottle: Keep a water bottle with you at all times so you can sip on water throughout the day.


7. Drink water before, during, and after exercise: Be sure to drink plenty of water before, during, and after exercise to replace lost fluids.


8. Limit alcohol and caffeine: Alcohol and caffeine can dehydrate you, so it's best to limit your consumption of these beverages during summer.


9. Take breaks in the shade: If you're spending time outdoors, take breaks in the shade to avoid overexposure to the sun and to give your body a chance to cool down.
