Duque playing victim card, blames COA sleepless nights, tainted image

Duque dared COA to instead do his agency’s work during the pandemic, following its report which found “deficiencies” amounting to P67.32 billion in the DOH's COVID-19 response fund in 2020.

Duque turned emotional on Tuesday as he ranted against the COA, even daring state auditors to instead do his agency’s work during the pandemic.

How can Duque complain about not getting enough sleep when people are dying because of his incompetence?  People are dying in hospitals, at home, in temporary tents, even parking lots? We don't expect Duque to do magic but instead to do his job at least. If he can't, just resign! WE PAID HIM TO DO HIS JOB WELL!

Marami ding health worker ang hindi nakatulog dahil overworked, pero si Duque ay dahil lang sa kahihiyan?!  Ang mga HCWs ay kulang ang benefits at suweldo tapos so Duque and company ay sobra-sobra na ang na-kurakot. Nakakahiya naman po Kay DOH Secretary.

Dont start with us. Most of us do not get to sleep, too. Many of us are even food deprived while Duque has a great big comfortable home, with a lavish high-end car(s), enough money to spend and always with abundant food on the table  - anong karapatan niyang mag reklamo???

Dahil sa kapalpakan at kapabayaan ni Duque, nasaan na ba tayo ngayon? Umabot na sa 30k ang mga namatay. Kabilang doon ang mga kamag-anak, kaibigan at kakilala ko. At hanggang ngayon, ano bang suporta nila sa mga HCWs natin?Kakarampot na benepisyo?!!

Is he intentionally forgetting that it is the job description of the auditors of the COA too compute all the money used, misused, abused, etc., by the agencies of this government.  He is just doing a pa- drama peg to cover up his ass. He thinks he can get the symphaty of the people as if he is being bullied?

COMMISSION ON AUDIT please repeat this until it makes sense to you...hahaha

Oo nga naman, bakit kasi ang COA walang ginagawa sa gitna ng pandemya kundi bantayan ang pera ng taumbayan.  Dapat ituon ng COA ang pansin sa pag-test, trace, isolate, treat, at pag-vaccinate ng taumbayan, at pagtugon sa pangangailangan ng healthcare workers! Incompetents! Lol!

Anong difference ng pag-iyak ni Duque sa pag-iyak ng mga Health Care Workers? 

Ang mga HCWs, at risk ang buhay EVERY SINGLE DAY. Si Duque, HINDI.

Sila, umiiyak pero trabaho lang. Si Duque, umiiyak suot ang P13.3MM niyang Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Perpetual Calendar Ultra watch.

DUQUE SHOULD JUST RESIGN! Ang KAPAL NG MUKHA niya! COA is doing their job already and they're showing results eh so Duque, what has he done? Magsukat ng social.distancing? Health workers threatening to resign, surge in cases, expired medicines, high-end laptops, dying people on parking lots, 67B funds, etc., are not to be ignored. 

Duque has no valid legal & moral defense in his argument. Parang tabogo DDS Dutertard ang takbo ng utak niya. Manang Mana sa poon. Ang dakdak niya, a la Duterte, ay senseless. Kung hindi niya kayang patakbuhin ang ahensya niya nang matino at naaayon sa batas & Konstitusyon, magbitiw siya sa DOH. Mag tender sya ng irrevocable resignation. Wala syang monopolya ng karunungan at galing sa pamamalakad ng DOH.

Huwag niyang pansinin si Duterte na ipinagtanggol pa siya at sinabing he won't accept his resignation kahit twice na raw nag-attempt. Huwag si COA ang dedmahin. 

By the way, auditor reports don't get published without thorough discussions with the auditee. Hindi pambulaga ang reports. Bago pa yan ma publish, lahat ng findings na discuss na all the way to the top. Duque knew about those findings even before it was published in COA site.

May exit conference siya at the end.

I've been in so many of these exit meetings. Not necessarily a conference. The final report is a result of many discussions with auditee. Some findings are taken off if auditee shows documentary proof or properly explains it. The final list of findings are the non-negotiables.

Publication is done for transparency. The public should know. These are government entities disbursing public funds. The public should know how they were being utilized.

So malamang itong P67B ay hindi na-justify nang maayos ng DOH kaya kasama pa rin sa final audit report that was published.

Diyan sila magaling sa play victim strategy. Kung wala talaga silang ginawang hokuspokus sa budget, theres nothing to be worried about. Madali lang naman yan, show proof na walang hokuspokus na naganap. Ayaw nila din lang umamin eh.

Pag ipinilit ipatigil Ang COA ni Duterte, ang ibig sabihin ay kasabwat siya. Tuloy tuloy na talaga namumulat sa reyalidad tayo. Nakakapagsisi.

Please COA, huwag na huwag kayong titiklop sa mga banta ni supreme leader Duterte. Just continue to do your mandate. Ilabas nyo lahat ang baho ng gobyernong ito para magising ang Pilipino sa katotohanan!

Taxpayers appreciate your commitment to your sworn duty to the country and the people. 

Let's protect our state auditors at all cost. COA, we're all behind them! The Filipino people is grateful of their service.

We, the Filipino people,, are proud of the COA. Even if the Pres. lambasted them for doing their constitutional mandate, we are all here to support the COA. They are worth every fraction of each centavo of taxpayers money.
