US President Joe Biden pulled out troops, leaving equipment in Afghanistan. The Afghans ran away from the Taliband instead of fighting, thus the Talibans got all.

So we have equipped a new terrorist country with the best weapons on Earth, and we think the Taliban will just become law abiding citizens and not harm any other countries?

What will happen in the near future should scare many people as we have not only equipped Taliban, but also ISIS and Al Qaeda.
