Hashtags #DuterteResign, #DutertePalpak, and #OustDuterteNOW topped Philippine Twitter trends on Saturday evening, March 27, shortly after the ‘NCR Plus’ bubble was put under ECQ amid skyrocketing COVID-19 cases. 

We lost 13k LIVES and with 9k cases daily and the congestion of our hospitals, we will continue to lose because of the incompetence of the IATF and this administration. So if your egos can't handle the criticism of your constituents, #duqueresign.

I cannot endure another year of this leadership. Another round of ECQ w/o science-based solutions will be like eating soup with a fork. 

Kung wala pa ring plano, puro lockdown parin, kelan natin matatalo ang pandemya?

Arresting people IS NOT a health solution.

Waiting for COVID-19 to wane IS NOT a health solution.

Duque not resigning because 'the president still believes in him' is a prime example of why he SHOULD leave the office. Your mandate is to serve the republic, which you have clearly failed since day 1. 

Resign, Secretary Duque. We deserve better!

All I can do for now is retweet the calls for better COVID19 response, better #OustDuterte and #DuqueResign Doing my best too to help organize and raise political consciousness wherever I am. My thoughts are always with the people back home. We can get through this hell.
