Wazzup Pilipinas!
It's my nth time at SMX's Culinaire event. This time I was with Ferdinand Galdones Abejon of Missosology Philippines and Eventologie, as companion. There was supposed to be a third one, David Ferro of Happy Rich TV, but his previous event at Bonifacio Global City ended late, and we do all kmow the traffic situation in the metro. Going from BGC to MOA may be a bit challenging, that he could arrive when everyone else is about to go home.
As usuals, cocktails plus games and photo.ops for all the attendees of this special night when top caterers of SMX gather together again to impress our taste buds with bite-size samplers of their specialties, plus their decorative prowess to stimulate both vision and appetite.
Pigging out at SMX Culinaire event now with the theme of A Constellation of Culinary Wonders, thus the decors and table setup were out of this world as if reaching for the stars.

As always, busog to the max from all the delectable food samplers from the top partner caterers of SMX. I would hate being on the last if the list since being full already would influence our decision on the taste.
But they never fail to satisfy my craving from the first until the last in line. My strategy is to collect them all first, or at least three or four (when their presentation is too big to fit in our table), before trying out the samplers.
Without any doubt, these caterers made extra efforts to become stand outs but still Juan Carlo emerged as the most highly recognized by getting the most awards. Followed by The Creamery, who is quite new among them but has already been given recognition from last year's Culinaire run.
Naturally, there's entertainment provided by Opus One all-male singing group, and raffle prizes for all attendees except media since we got our invites as complimentary, and if there was an opening message from SMX's head honcho, there will also be a closing remarks by the next in line.
Flex ko lang my winged selfie during the Culinaire at SMX, it's the backdrop of one if the cocktail providers that gave us an ending activity before calling it complete for the night.
Again, with so many food samplers from more than a dozen partner caterers of SMX, I thought I'll be having a hard time getting off the ground, but I actually felt like in cloud nine so I swooped like crazy on the roads going back home.
Yup, it felt like flying back to my nest together with the stuffed toys I brought back home from the event.
