"Yeah, like a bunch of cops were sitting around thinking "We've got to find a way to stopDuterte," and one said "I know! Let's kidnap and kill a Korean businessman. That oughtta do him in!" - Tony Ahn
Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II says the killing is “only an isolated incident” that was being used to tarnish the reputation of the country and in turn undermine public support for President Rodrigo Duterte.
"Mayroong nagsasabi na ostensibly ang binibira rito ay ating Chief PNP ngunit ang latay nito ay sa ating Pangulong Duterte. Hindi magawang siraan ang pangulo dahil napakalaki ng suporta niya, kaya ang ginagawa ay sirain ang PNP," Aguirre said.
To conclude on something that has not been fully investigated yet is a dangerous behavior for a Justice Secretary.
Aguirre gained wide public attention in 2012 during the impeachment trial of Supreme Court Chief Justice Renato Corona when he was cited for contempt after he was caught covering his ears while being lectured by the late Senator Miriam Defensor Santiago. Now he is allegedly involved in the Chinese gambling tycoon Jack Lam's P50-million bribery scandal involving two Bureau of Immigration (BI) commissioners, namely Al Argosino and Michael Robles. There is also the mention of the names of Charles Calima and Jaime Morente, plus also a retired police general Wally Sombero. Lam is involved in operating illegal online gaming operations without any franchise and permit from PAGCOR.
Also, don't you think there is more than the eyes can see? The question we have to answer is "Who is behind the killing?" Who is the mastermind? The audacity of this policeman to commit a crime inside military premises is very disturbing. If we will follow his thinking, then someone must had been paid a huge amount of money to perform such act just to embarrass the Philippine National Police (PNP) and the administration thinking people will criticize the administration, and would result to the loss of the people's support? Is that their tactic? Is this nothing more but a demolition job? Is there a syndicate that wants to destabilize the PNP?
Have they done this before? Is the Albuera, Leyte Mayor Rolando Espinosa killing and convicted drug lord Jaybee Sebastian's attempted murder inside the premises of supposed to be the "authorities" linked to this destabilization plot? Are there people making scenes to discredit the PNP and the administration? Sounds like a lot of shit but possible if we think like Aguirre.

Aguirre considers it as an isolated case since this is the only case that was brought into the open. But who knows how many similar cases have happened before that were not reported?
PNP Chief Ronald "Bato" dela Rosa is also not discounting the possibility that the killing of South Korean national Jee Ick Joo inside Camp Crame may be the handiwork of a group within the PNP that is trying to sabotage his career. It seems Aguirre and Dela Rosa are looking for an escaped goat to save those involved in the kidnapped killing of the South Korean businessman.
Yeah, it is an isolated case. Just like the almost 7,000 Duterte-encouraged killings. Isolated. Lol!
So who are his usual suspects? The Yellowtards? Senators Leila De Lima and Antonio Trillanes IV?
Trillanes says Aguirre knew about the illegal operations of Jack Lam’s Fontana Leisure Park Hotel and Casino, having served as vice president and chief legal counsel of Clark Development Corp. (CDC) from 2013 to 2016.
If that's the case, then it would appear that the police officers involved are mere sacrificial pawns. Because how would one destroy others by burning himself down? Busted analogy, right?
It was NOT an indirect attempt to destroy Duterte. It was a work of EVIL and CORRUPT police officers to pursue their personal agenda........MONEY. Aguirre is finding an angle to the CRIME that obviously does not make sense.
The truth is, this administration is guilty of creating monsters among the police force by emboldening them to kill and standing by them all the way. When the monster bit its creator, the latter needs some kind of way out. That's what it is all about. You reap what you sow.
Almost everything negative, they will blame on the people wanting to destroy Duterte. The bottom line is, they all want to make excuses so Duterte would have the perfect alibi when he declares martial law. They're all psychologically preparing us for this eventuality.
Here are other fearless forecasts from Raymond Gergory Tibdino:
1) Tropical depression an indirect attempt to destroy Duterte
2) Traffic during SM Mega Sale an indirect attempt to destroy Duterte
3) Slow internet connection an indirect attempt to destroy Duterte
4) First Friday Masses an indirect attempt to destroy Duterte
5) Protest against dog killings an indirect attempt to destroy Duterte
6) Indirect attempts to destroy Duterte an indirect attempt to destroy Duterte
