Wazzup Pilipinas!
Here's our exclusive short and sweet backstage interviews we took during the 2nd night of Short+Sweet Manila 2016 festival of plays started.
Apparently, we missed out on 1 interview since there is supposed to be 9 groups performing for the first week.
Day Two for the first batch had more people in the audience and you can clearly see their appreciation for all the performances. Each group were to perform three times
Week 1: October 21 to 23, 2016 at 8 pm on the first day and 7 pm on the rest of the days
Week 2: October 28 to 30, 2016 at 8 pm on the first day and 7 pm on the rest of the days
Wildcard shows are two nights, October 29 and 30, 2016 at 3:30 pm
The Finale will be on November 4 and 5 at 8 pm and 7 pm respectively.
Short+Sweet is an Australian theatrical initiative that has grown into an international creative brand - presenting Theatre, Dance and Music Festivals, all made up of works that last just 10 minutes or less!
The 10 minute time limit is fun and entertaining and helps to keep S+S accessible, delivering audiences and participants alike with an enjoyable and exciting experience of the theatre.
Last year's Short+Sweet Manila was held at the Samsung Hall in SM Aura, now the venue partner is at the Power Mac Center Spotlight at Circuit Makati
Watch out for more astounding 10-minute plays from Short+Sweet Manila 2016 on the coming batches for next week's offerings including the Wildcard shows, and finally teh finale where we will see the best among the best.

If the first batch of the week were stunning, I'm pretty sure the next batches will try to outdo the performances of these talented theater artists. Catch them again at the Power Mac Center Spotlight located at Circuit Makati.

Wazzup Pilipinas will continue to support the theater - 10 minute or hours of play, it doesn't really matter. What we need is to support our Filipino artists so they would continue to be passionate with their respective crafts.
Break a leg to all the participants!
