“Fill your Senses with Art and Appetite” by Maximillian Co
Wazzup Pilipinas!
Imagine yourself walking down the park, holding your favorite glass of wine, contemplating which art piece to get after seeing a lot of pieces you like from the dozens of art stalls. How about spending a Saturday at your usual weekend market, smelling the mouth-watering aroma of the newly cooked tapa, hearing the skin of the best bagnet in town crackle as it is being deep fried, all of this while eating your favorite juicy sausage from your favorite banger stall. Also, maybe going out with your friends to see your favorite local indie artists coming together for one concert. What if you have all of these three come together into one big weekend gathering, can you even imagine it??
Well, we wouldn’t want you to get disappointed as the Business Management Society of De La Salle University brings you Art and Appetite. Experience a weekend where food meets art, a crossover between your favorite food market and art fair while chilling out with your favorite tunes brought to you by up and coming bands and artists in the local scene. Aside fro this, every bite you take from your food can help scholars from the Mano Amiga Academy finish their studies as the proceeds of the fund- raising activity will go to this institution. Art and Appetite aims to bring out a fusion of everyone’s favorite things- art, music and, food, into one great weekend gathering that is sure to bring a cornucopia of experience and a guaranteed feast for the senses! One does not only get to enjoy this fun-filled occasion, but also gets to help a fellow achieve their dreams for the future.
So what are you waiting for? Mark your calendars this coming June 4 and 5, that is a Saturday and a Sunday, for a weekend you surely would not want to miss! Art and Appetite will be happening at the C1 Park at Bonifacio High Street from 11 am until 11 pm for both days. Bring all your friends, family, loved ones, basically everyone, and prepare your palates for a feast you will not regret and your palettes for art that you will never forget.
