The band members can change but the lead singer remains to be the symbol of the group representing the identity of the band. If you were to change the person doing the vocals, the band would totally sound different, and lose the charisma it has gained from the fans and followers of their music.
What is amazing about Jett Pangan is he seems not affected by age as the years have been very kind to him. He seems to be fit and in shape, and he sings just as good as his younger years.
