Columbian Autocar Corporation (CAC), exclusive distributor of Kia Motors vehicles in the Philippines, has just released a range of product enhancements for Kia Picanto and Kia Rio. These interior and exterior add-ons for both models guarantee a more stylish and different driving experience.

CAC Vice President for Sales and Marketing, Hernando D. Gañac, Jr., shares the company’s excitement for the public to try these new features. “Both the Kia Picanto and Kia Rio are popular choices for urban use and we are thrilled to offer something new to the market and surprise the current Picanto and Rio afficionados, too.”

He adds, “These Kia models have exceeded customer expectations when it comes to flexibility, style, and comfort. Now more than ever, the newly-minted variants of Kia Picanto and Kia Rio are the ideal road partners.”

Available in 1.0 EX M/T Gas and 1.2 EX A/T Gas, the Kia Picanto features a revamped radiator grille, alloy rim design, front and rear bumpers, and fog lamps. Known for its line of vibrant colors such as Alice Blue, Signal Red, or Cherry Pink, among others, the Picanto will also be available in a new, distinctive shade of yellow aptly called, Honey Bee.

Going inside, noticeable changes were made to the steering wheel, supervision cluster, and transmission shift gear box.

Cluster controls are now conveniently mounted on the steering wheel while silver trims outline the multi-functional cluster gauges. To further achieve a sleek design, a black bezel with silver trim was also added to the gear box.

Known as the talented compact, the Kia Rio has been enhanced by several styling tweaks and additional convenience features.

The Rio’s cockpit underwent meticulous changes to achieve a more contemporary style. Glossy black and silver trims visibly add a touch of elegance to the dashboard while a new

audio system, sun-visor illumination, microphone for Bluetooth, and map with LED pin lamp give users more comfort and convenience.

 

Drivers will also immediately notice the added ease of having steering controls for audio, Bluetooth, and odometers.

Finishing off the chic look of the Kia Rio are refurbished front and rear bumpers, alloy rim design, and radiator grille. The Kia Rio is the type of sedan that flawlessly combines sophistication and functionality.

With all these supplements combined, the newly, face-lifted Kia Picanto and Kia Rio bring forward an effortless way to drive around in style.
