Wazzup Pilipinas Wins Award for Outstanding Customer Service for Online Community Blog Site
Wazzup Pilipinas!
Proud to have been seated with celebrity co-awardees Vina Morales and Karen Bordador at the earlier awarding ceremonies where Wazzup Pilipinas was one of the awardees being recognized for its Outstanding Customer Service for a Community Blog Site.
After a media coverage at a women entrepreneurs conference, and two different restaurants located separately in Manila and Mandaluyong, the last stop of our team was at the Rembrandt Hotel in Tomas Morato QC for another momentous and memorable event for Wazzup Pilipinas.
Thank you to Vina and Karen for the interview and for the iconic "WazzupPilipinas" shout. Your Pambansang Blogger ng Pilipinas will be showing this on our TV show come May - so please watch out for it.
I was also given the privilege to give the Closing Remarks to end the evening with a blast thanks to the support from my "entourage" composed of the wacky Direk Bam otherwise known as Himlay Payapa, for stepping up on stage first to warm up the audience for my speech (hahaha for your Gancho moves), the Philippine Barter King Bart Abaya for keeping awake even after a whole day of shooting, and the brilliant Direk Christopher Lee Angeles for his superb video angles and impromptu scripts.
We would like to thank the award council of the Philippine Awards for Customer Service Excellence for conferring to Wazzup Pilipinas the award last March 28. We would proudly boasts to the whole world this achievement. We now have an additional bragging rights that will add to the amazing portfolio of the blog site. This recognition will forever inspire us to do our best.
We missed on the shoots the Common Sense Investor, Dave Aguila - who was attending a separate event today, Events Queen Donna Raquiza - who's doing events coverage most of the day, and of course Direk Peter Allan Mariano, who is probably still in Mindanao doing his documentary shoots.
We are all taking a rest from all the shoots for the meantime (since we have so many materials already for many episodes), but continue on doing video editing and adding of enhancements at our respective abodes, but immediately resuming the shoots after the Holy Week, for the many more sponsors who have been all eagerly lining up to be a part of Wazzup Pilipinas TV. Many are also volunteering to be part of the production team and thinking of ways on how to tap our full potentials.
Admittedly, there's a lot of things we want to do lately since we were all definitely inspired by the many possibilities of our collaboration mainly because many welcomed us with open arms and contagious smiles. But we have to hold back for now and rest for a while. We need time to re-energize from all the tedious shoots and brainstorming to make this TV show deserving of the title as Pambansang TV Show ng Pilipinas.
However, knowing the team, I'm betting everyone will take the break as an opportunity to think of better ways to uplift the show to the highest level possible. We all seem like workaholics as we jump from one shoot to the next, and perfectionist as we try to keep our standards high but keeping in mind to make the show a hit for majority of the masses.
The awesome production team of Wazzup Pilipinas TV will soon be with you again! So rest with us for the meantime as we pay respect to a holy respite from all the troubles of society and become a little bit closer to the higher power.
For the meantime, I proudly accept this award in behalf of Wazzup Pilipinas ( blog, radio and TV). We have formed a strong collaboration with each other, and we believe it will be a very fruitful relationship. There's no stopping us from being the greatest.
Congratulations to our fellow awardees, and most especially to us for a job well done. Until the next award for Wazzup Pilipinas - which is sooner than you think!
