Wazzup Pilipinas!
Now on its 37th
year of existence, the Economics Organization has continued to serve as the sole
professional organization for Economics students in De La Salle University. The
Economics organization is currently the most outstanding organization in DLSU
and the most outstanding economics organization as it pursues its mission and
vision through academic and internationally recognized activities such as the
Young Economists’ Convention (YEC) and the International Conference (InterCon).
In line with its
continuing success, DLSU EconOrg is launching “11:11”, the organization’s first music festival. It will be held
at the Greenfield City in Mandaluyong on February 20, 2015 from 3:00
PM to 12 Midnight. This music festival
will serve as an avenue for aspiring young artists, professional bands, as well
as the country’s best DJ’s to promote original compositions and revisit
original Pilipino music (OPM) together with high school and college students.
A good way on promoting both the New aspiring artists of our generation and launching for the need of environmental awareness. Economics students are always aware of the degradation of resources and its a good application of what they learn inside the class. The Article is both informative, inspiring and helping. Great job, DLSU!
