Magical Winter Tale at Crown Asia Valenza in Sta. Rosa Laguna

Christmas is happening in just a few days. Everyone has the holiday season spirit running in their veins and are all ready for the upcoming long Christmas vacation.

But before the season ends, you may want to take your friends or family out to visit the Magical Winter Tale Christmas-themed display at Crown Asia Valenza located in Sta. Rosa Laguna.

There's a magnificent structure that resembles the ice castle that can be seen on the Disney movie Frozen. Though the management of Crown Asia would not like to advertise it specifically as the actual ice castle, seeing images of familiar characters, such as Olaf the comic-relief snowman that can also be seen in the movie, are there to remind us where they got the inspiration to setup this multi-colored light display.

The Frozen movie, with its famous characters like Elsa and Anna, has been a worldwide sensation that it seems all with access to the Internet, radio or television has one way or another is either singing or humming the two soundtracks from the movie - "Let It Go" and "Do You Wanna Build a Snowman."

So there's Olaf the snowman, and Sven the reindeer among the images on display just beside the Crown Asia Magical Winter Tale signage.

Of course, there's big old Santa Claus, and his sleigh along with his reindeers, waving to the crowd.

Look who else is waving to the crowd - a cute polar bear.

Aside from seeing the ice castle display, your friendly neighborhood pambansang blogger was able to roam around the the property as well. Join me explore another amazing sight as we went around to see model units. Were we impressed? Read on and find out.

We arrive at the place at almost night time so expect the photos to be somewhat dark and blurry. It would have been great photos if only we got there during daytime when the sun is still shining bright. Such a shame becasue the landscaping at Crown Asia Valenza were astonishing.

The Italian-inspired houses were top class in design plus a further scrutiny of the houses' interiors later on makes me want to purchase a home here the very same day. No kidding, if I had the big bucks...and we are talking about millions here, I would have bought a unit already.

An adorable playground is available where your children can safely play and mingle with the neighborhood children.

They have a giant chess board with actual pieces. This will be a fun attraction for both young and young-at-heart.

 
Hedges and other formations are everywhere. I'm sure these areas are perfect images for social media postings and the ever popular selfies and groupies. Almost every spot is "Instagrammable," or whatever social media account you have.

Valenza caters to higher mid-class families that dream of having all necessities needed within reach without the hustle and bustle of the city.

Since it was too late already, we were able to see only a couple of model unit houses from the supposed to be six units available for viewing. Nevertheless, we were already satisfied with what we saw. The Murano and Lladro model units were superb in and out. There's a reason why it's priced in millions. You'll never go wrong picking a home here.

The many great possibilities on how to design your home interiors from furniture to cabinets and other decors can be visualize inside the model units. Some would go to great extents in trying to duplicate or go beyond what they saw in the model units, and I have to say it's not as easy as it looks. Sometimes you would need to customize everything so that you can achieve your desired dream home furnishings.

From the bedrooms curtains and blinds, to the bedsheets and pillow cases and everything else that matters, you'll have the best and most comfortable sleep knowing you live in a peaceful neighborhood. Crown Asia Valenza could very well offer that to its residents. In fact, many of these houses were bought as vacation houses too.

The kitchen and dining areas emits a conducive environment for preparing and eating sumptuous dishes cooked just the way you loved it. A perfect home is where the family sits down for every meal and enjoy the bountiful blessings together.
