At an event held at SM North EDSA last November 15, 2014, Angel Jacob hosted a Summit Media's Good Housekeeping magazine event held in partnership with 3M Philippines and dubbed as Get Hooked on DIY featuring home improvement solutions care of the 3M Command brand specifically focused on featuring different kinds of hooks and sharing ideas on how and where to use them.

Good Housekeeping magazine editor Trisha Alvarez - Angluben and blogger Coni Tejada shared some valuable tips and techniques to the attendees that afternoon. Celebrity couple Doug and Cheska Kramer was also there  to share their favorite 3M products and give additional suggestions to the viewing public.

The celebrity couple just came from others event of which the most recent that day was from the Mall of Asia Complex in Pasay City. That's all the way from the other end of EDSA so they were obviously so tired already. I even heard Cheska saying she's in zombie-mode that night. They were supposed to bring their kids to complete the Kramer family but fatigue might have stressed the kids already. The family otherwise known as Team Kramer has been very popular product endorsers of many brands.

The best thing about the 3M Command product line is that it was so easy to use them and remove them leaving your walls still clean and damage free after use. The 3M sticky whatchamacallit was fun to remove in just one pull leaving no trace of its former presence on the wall. This means it's totally neat and tidy to move your hooks from one area of your wall to another may it be wood, cement, tiles or any other surface. They even asked a kid to help them put up a hook and the young lad did it in a matter of a few seconds. Amazing product.

Before the program, the event also had 6 stations where the attendees got to experience the many possibilities of using the different products of 3M via demos and other fun activities like a photobooth. Completion of the six stations allowed the attendees to receive a complimentary token from 3M.

 

Some attendees got to participate in games, like me where I partnered with a team mate and won prizes, and other special activities which earned them some prizes as well. All attendees also got to bring home additional freebie items and a lucky few also won in the raffle.

3M has always been my first choice when it comes to these kind of products so the company doesn't really have to convince me any further. I was sold even before I became a blogger, and will continue to patronize it.
