Everything’s going Instant. People nowadays are always in a hurry, going to work, school or any other activities that take place in our everyday life. With the help of technology, companies were able to come up with an easy way to cope up with these situations. They have produced products that are readily available for us consumers.
Advertisements in the television show products which can be cooked or eaten immediately. Examples are Instant noodles, 3-in-one coffees, canned goods, processed meat, etc. These products usually look and taste good, which makes them very demanding.
The production of these said products involve processes that may have changed the quality of these foods. Yes, adding preservatives, artificial flavoring and artificial coloring makes these products more delicious. But shouldn’t we also consider the risk of in taking these chemicals?
It’s not bad to eat instant food unless we know how to control ourselves. We should learn to go back from our roots and learn to cook fresh food rather than relying on fast food chains. It really tastes different, especially if it’s cooked fresh with no preservatives and more natural spices or ingredients. The world is becoming more modernized and somehow advanced when it comes to the production of food and some of our daily needs. It’s not bad to entertain these changes, as long as we have time to step back and do things the natural way. Go back to the basics, so that we would appreciate it more.

It's true that food which are cooked fresh taste different. And we're not just after the taste. It is proven to have more nutrients than fast food and instant food. So we must try to appreciate fresh food because it's definitely healthier.
ReplyDeleteEveryone should practice eating good/healthy foods. Learn to appreciate eating fruits and vegetables. It will help us to become healthy. Unhealthy foods will only make us sick and unproductive.
