Let me tell you, my fellow sushi lover, that's where you're wrong.
Have you ever seen a sushi conveyor belt? Yes, a sushi conveyor belt! It looks something like this:

They are really popular and common in Japan, especially with kids and people who are always on the go, like business people and students! You can usually find them on corner streets and they are very abundant in districts.
Kaiten (Conveyor belt) sushi restaurants work like this: Sushi chefs make different kinds of sushi in small amounts and put them on tiny plates and load it onto a moving conveyor belt.

The customers then pick out the sushi that they want to eat and pile up the plates when they're done eating the sushi. The customers can also make a special order, but most just pick up sushi from the conveyor belt.

So what exactly makes Sakae Sushi different?
According to their motto, "Sakae Sushi is a trendy, quick-service kaiten (conveyor belt) sushi concept that has become synonymous with a fun-filled, value-for-money and healthy dining experience. "
They make sure to treat their customers to top quality ingredients, including the sushi rice used which has added Vitamin E. They also make sure to make farm visits frequently to ensure the quality and safety of their food sources. They also claim that their sushi contains no MSG and is laboratory-tested to ensure freshness and quality.
What is amazing about Sakae Sushi is that every month, Sakae Sushi chefs make Sakae Signature dishes adding to the already wide variety of sushi they serve to the customers.
