Toonami 3x3 Hoops Showdown : Which School Will Reign Supreme?

The Philippines’ most exciting superhero channel now brings together the country’s young basketball stars for the TOONAMI 3x3 HOOPS SHOWDOWN on July 13 at the Music Hall of SM Mall of Asia. Gates open at 11 a.m. and admission is free.

Students from 10 schools across the metro will be going head to head in four-member teams, competing across three age divisions.

“As the ultimate home of the superhero, Toonami is proud to give young basketball fans a chance to be heroes on the court, playing a sport that they love,” said Ben Adams, Regional Marketing Manager, Turner International Asia Pacific.

Also bringing their hoops prowess are basketball heroes Simon Atkins (DLSU), Nico Salva and Greg Slaughter (ADMU) who will be conducting an exclusive basketball clinic for the students of the Sisters of Mary Boystown & Miriam College Southeast Asian Institute for the Deaf (SAID). The clinic is also supported by TV host/athlete Rovilson Fernandez.

Cheer on your favorite heroes at Toonami 3x3 Hoops Showdown at SM Mall of Asia, from 11 a.m. onwards. Exclusive Toonami prizes will be given out throughout the day to lucky fans.
