Atty. Ferdinand Topacio said that Caludine Barretto has been suffering as early as 2005 from co-celebrity husband Raymart Santiago saying she is a battered wife physically, emotionally, psychologically and even "economically".
"Ayon sa aking kliyente, 2005 pa ay mayroon nang ganitong mga acts ngunit dahil nga sa pagmamahal niya noon kay Raymart at nung magkaroon sila ng mga anak, tiniis niya until it came to a point na hindi na niya kayang tiisin," he said.

It seems Claudine Barretto is aking for a Temporary Protection Order against her husband Raymart Santiago. A petition was filed at a Marikina courtjust recently while accompanied by his lawyer whom we all know due to his popularity during the Gloria Macapagal Arroyo battle against the Aquino government as one of the lawyers of the former President and now Pampanga Representative.
Claudine Barretto said she had all kinds of stress inflicted to her by husband Raymart Santiago. Claudine Barretto even claims that Raymart Santiago had once videotaped her and their children that severely ”traumatized” them.
We can also still remember Claudine Barretto and her struggles when she fought for another issue involving their shared bank account statements. It seems the rift between Claudine Barretto and husband Raymart Santiago is getting wider. I can't wait to hear and read more updates soon.
Claudine always make issues. First, the Tulfo brawl at the NAIA which she sais she was physically abused and then Raymart, which says the same thing. I never trust her anymore.
