Summer vacation is a time for many people, especially students and employees, to relax, have fun and just enjoy life. But summer has two faces; some do have their happiest and unforgettable experiences but some consider their summer days just like a regular day with nothing to do.
My summer vacation starts when Cavendish, my section when I was in third year, decided to have our outing last March in a clubhouse. Though only few of us attended, we still had fun and enjoy the whole day swimming and playing in the pool.
Days after our outing, my mother and I went to Katipunan to enroll for review classes for entrance exam purposes. There, I thought my summer will just be boring because the review classes schedule is whole day. But I was wrong.
After 2 days of attending the review classes, I found new friends with
my so-called review-mates. And because of them, attending sessions was
not that boring at all. We always eat lunch together and share stories
if there is free time. Twelve days past and we need to say our goodbye.
But before anything else, we promise each other that we will still keep
in touch by using social media.
Four days before summer classes’ end, we had an outing with our relatives in my mother side. My aunt rented a private pool in Pansol, Calamba Laguna for an overnight stay. I think it’s our first time to have a family outing with my mother’s relatives. We enjoyed each other’s company by simply playing games in the pool and by food tripping. And of course picture taking will never be erased in the list.
Overall, my summer vacation is fun and enjoying. Bonding with my classmates, new friends and relatives is a blast. Summer truly depends on how you deal with what life brings you in the given duration of time.

What a fun summer, Shea. It's great that you'd have an exciting summer vacation, and I think you really did enjoy those.
ReplyDeleteDifferent outings with different people was cool.
It's really fun to go out and have a bonding with your friends and also with your family. And how fortunate of you to socialize on some students from several schools and still having a communication with them.

It's good to know that this summer you were able to spend time with you relatives, it makes the family closer. I think being stuck in a review center is not a bad idea because it will really help you in taking the college entrance test, i hope you'll pass! And you've met new people, new friends. Though it is sad to bid goodbye to our former section, we need to move on and hope to have so much fun this year being in Copernicus :)
