My Glad to Be Globe Story : Just Got Really Lucky


Wazzup Pilipinas!

I'm glad to be one among the many subscribers and fans of Globe ....and I'm especially lucky indeed to have taken a greater role and opportunity to say out loud and proud that I made the right choice of switching from my previous mobile network.

I may not be "Smart" anymore, but I'm more comfortable I'm with the telecoms company that's more "Globe-ally" competitive in terms of infrastructure and service,a nd one that does not let their customers over-subscribed even though their system couldn't really handle the load, and their customer service sucks big time.

Wouldn't you rather be the second one?




I've tested the service a lot of times already, and what's impressive is that every time I come in, there's always something new - improvements in procedures and service, magnificently speed-up queues on both customer service and cashier, ever-friendly staff that's patient and goes the extra "smile" to help out and suggest best alternatives to our problems or requests.


I got extremely tired and pissed of the competition, and add to the fact that I couldn't even successfully connect to their hotline. It seems nobody is manning their online and phone customer service...or has their number grown so big that they've sacrificed quality just to acquire a bigger share of the mobile market.

We all know that quality is better than quantity. It will be a company's downfall to shortchanged their customers.


 
But don't just take my word as is. Experience it yourself, and you'll be amazed by the excellent customer service. Regardless of branch or anytime of the day, even during peak hours when the business centers are swamped with customers, you'll be surprised of how fast moving the queues are and how satisfied every customer was everytime they leave the counter.

Globe simply provides the best possible solutions and convenience for their customers.




With just a few minutes spent inside the Globe Business Center, we still had plenty of time to roam around the malls and enjoy the fabulous shops and restaurants.

....and did I mentioned about the rewards Globe customers can accumulate each time they load up with Globe?

Used some of the point to partially pay for our dining at Figaro!

Globe simply makes me feel lucky I subscribed to them as my choice for fast, reliable and convenient service. Really lucky to be a Globe subscriber!!!
