This actually made my day and made me think of the yesteryears when I was still an employer. It seem everyone of us has a problem or complaint with our boss, one way or another, that makes working comfortably quite difficult.
Maybe you encountered a boss that's really bossy, or one that really lacks the skills that makes you look like you deserve to be the boss.
However, regardless of his shortcomings or ego that's gone over the roof, you still have to work with him to accomplish the goals of your department or company. So just read below to at least see some suggestions on how to deal with a difficult boss.

How will I deal with a difficult boss? Nakakatakot pong magtanong at magkamali sa kanya. And kahit minsan, sya yung may mali, palalabasin nya na mali ka.
Answer:
Just treat as who he is: the boss.
Give him what he wants within the limits of your official function and job description.
Makisayaw ka sa tugtog nya kasi sya ang boss.
Huwag mo syang problemahin. Magtrabaho ka lang tapos umuwi ka na!
Hindi nya tungkulin na pasayahin ka. Tungkulin mong sumunod sa kanya. Huwag mo syang hanapan ng love love o bigyan ka ng blood transfusion kasi hindi naman sya si Tita Rosa Rosal.
Don't "problematize" your boss. He is not your bf / papa so don't expect him to romance you; hayaan mo syang magpaka-monster. Problema nya yun.
