The Puzzle Mansion is a remarkable destination in Tagaytay where both intellectual and imaginative can appreciate the attractions. It can be more appropriately called the Puzzle Museum instead because the "artifacts" that you can find there are stunning works of hard labor and patience. Imagine painstakingly working on a puzzle with hundreds of pieces - wouldn't you get so bored or would you be more challenged?

It really is up to the person and his attitude in life. This is where we can differentiate the more procedural and logical from the less appreciative and have short burst of interests towards tasks that would seem repetitive and habitual. Some werereally not born with the patience.

I had the chance to visit the mansion with my fellow bloggers through the free shuttle service from Shangrila Plaza to the mansion itself, courtesy of course of the owner herself-Ms Gina Gil-Lacuna. We were very much delighted about the place plus the Godly presence of the owner herself while we were touring inside her museum. At 61, she was able to explained everything to us with all her very zealous and vivacious personality not mentioning her well- modulated voice.

Ms. Gina Gil-Lacuna, holder of the Guinness World Records, certificate of recognition for having the world’s largest jigsaw puzzle collection in shape, size and number, and the proprietress of PUZZLE MANSION located in Tagaytay City Philippines. This mansion/hotel/museum opened its doors to the public in late 2012. She received the award last November 2012.

Here below are some of the museum's pride - several puzzles already completed and mostly framed and exhibited for many to see and appreciate. Many are jaw dropping feats while some are cute and adorable pieces. Still many are surprisingly so complex that you will wonder if the one that completed the puzzles still have a life. Tough each and everyone must be a work coming straight from the heart.

What is so different from this place aside from the humongous collection of puzzles?

Its the feeling of appreciation for the finer things in life. Solving puzzles is like our very own lives. It is composed of several pieces that's somehow looks so complicated at first to solve in just one sitting and see the bigger and complete picture. But if you have the desire to solve it by adding and looking for the appropriate location of each piece one by one then you will slowly complete the puzzle in the end.

Life is indeed a puzzle with several pieces - where each piece is crucial to complete the whole image of the puzzle.
