Suddenly Its Magic Special Screening

I attended the Special Screening of the Philippine movie Suddenly Its Magic last August 31 at Cinema 4 of CinePlex EDSA Shangri-La Mall.

The Philippine movie stars Filipino actress Erich Gonzales and Thai actor Mario Maurer. It was supposed to start at around 11 am, but had to wait for Erich to come first and give a short introductory talk. But when the organizers realized it would be too late. they had to start the movie already without Erich.

Erich arrived a few minutes during the movie, and gave a short talk when the movie finished.

The movie was about a young Thai actor who went to the Philippines to get away temporarily from his acting career. He met Erich's character who was a pastry (cupcakes, cakes and the likes) baker in Laoag, Ilocos Sur but their meeting didn't exactly started as pleasant. But eventually they got to like each other.

The story has a lot of "kilig" moments, and Mario and Erich had the chemistry convincing enough to be real lovers in the big screen.

 Plenty of flowers given after the movie to the fans.

 The lady in blue was the head organizer named Gina Jobloban.
